Fivo SMS is a WhatsApp Business messaging platform that lets businesses send messages, run campaigns, manage contacts and integrate messaging into their own systems. The platform is operated by Fivo Technology ("we", "us").
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You agree to use Fivo SMS in compliance with all applicable laws and with WhatsApp's and Meta's policies, including obtaining valid opt-in before messaging recipients. You must not use the service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
Paid plans and per-message charges are billed as described in your account. Fivo Technology is the Merchant of Record for payments processed through the platform. Fees are non-refundable except where stated or required by law.
The service relies on WhatsApp, Meta and payment providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, and their availability is outside our control.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may revise these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fivo Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
